食物含水量及饲养密度对家蝇生长发育的影响 被引量:5

EFFECT OF FOOD WATER-CONTENT AND FEEDING DENSITY ON DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSEFLY

摘要 试验结果表明 ,用不同含水量的豆渣饲养家蝇 ,其卵孵化率、幼虫存活率、幼虫期、化蛹率、幼虫体重等均有明显差异 ,在供试食物含水量为 5 0 %~ 90 %时 ,以食物含水量 70 %~ 80 %最有利家蝇的生存和体重增长。在不同的饲养密度下 ,幼虫体重、幼虫期、化蛹率等均有明显差异 ,随着饲养密度的增大、幼虫体重体长减小、幼虫期延长、化蛹率降低 ,体重与饲养密度之间的关系符合Logistic方程W =K/ea -rρ (W为幼虫重、ρ为饲养密度 ,K为环境容量 )。以豆渣和麦麸为家蝇幼虫培养基质时 ,最佳养殖密度范围分别为 18~ 35头 /g和 2 0~ 30头 / The experiment showed that the egg vate of hatchability,liveability of larva,larve period,pupate and larva weight are remarkably different after the housefly was fed with bean dreg of different water-content,when the water content of the food was 50%~90%,the food with 70%~80% of water content was the most favorable for housefly to live and increase its weight The weight of the larva,larve period and pupate were also greatly different when the feeding density was different,with the increase of the feeding density,decrease of larvas weight and body length,prolonging of the larva period,decrease of the pupate,the relationship between weight and feeding density met the logistic equation:W=K/e a-rρ (W:stands for weight of larva,ρ:feeding density,K:environmental capacity) When the bean dreg and wheat blan as the culture media of housefly larva,the potimal range for feeding density was 18~35 housefly /g and 20~30 housefly/g respectively
