川芎嗪对急性脑梗塞患者超氧化物歧化酶含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对25例急性脑梗塞患者和22例健康人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZnSOD)含量测定结果分别为155.17±40.18ng/L和230.95±30.81ng/L。说明急性脑梗塞组CuZnSOD含量明显低于健康人组(P<0.001)。急性脑梗塞患者又随机分为低分子右旋糖酐(低右)治疗组和低右加川芎嗪(川芎嗪)治疗组,低右组治疗前后CuZnSOD含量分別为151.99±38.74ng/L和185.67±45.46ng/L(P>0.05),川芎嗪组治疗前后CuZnSOD含量分别为158.00±41.23ng/L和207.21±40.05ng/L(P<0.01)。提示川芎嗪可增加脑梗塞患者CuZnSOD含量,清除氧自由基,减轻脂质过氧化损伤。 Copper and zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZnSOD)was determined in 25 patients with acute cere-bral infarction and 22 normal controls with a result of 155.17±40.18ng/L and 23.95d±34.81ng/L respectively(P<0.001),which indicated that concentrations of GuZn SOD were obviously lower in the patientswith acute cerebral infarction than in the normal con-trois.The patients were randomly divided into twogroups:group A(treated with low molecular dexrtan)and group B(treated with low molecular dextran andtetramethylpyrazine).The concentrations of CuZnSOD before and after treatment were 151.99±38.74ng/L vs.185.67±45.46ng/L in group A(P>0.05)and 158,00±41.23ng/L vs.207.21±40.05ng/1 in group B(P<0.01).The result suggestedthat tetramethylpyrazine might be useful in increasingthe content of CuZn SOD,which helps remove theoxygen free radicals and alleviate the injuries causedby lipid peroxidation.
