摘要
本文应用康奈尔健康指数(简称CMI)问卷对494名卫校各年级学生进行了健康状况调查。卫校学生的XCMI和XM-R分值的频数分布明显呈向低分处聚集的趋势,表明学生的健康状况良好。男生的XCMI和XM-R中位数分别为20.0和7.0,低于女生的26.0和10.0,反映女生躯体和情感行为问题较男生多,尤以情感方面比较明显。学生中慢性病症状少(平均阳性应答率<5%)。对用CMI分值第90百分位数筛查出的49名学生进一步检验发现,3名学生有精神问题。
Health status evaluation was conducted in 494 health school students by Cornell Medical Index Health Questionare. The results showed that their health status was very well because the frequency distributions of Xcmi and Xm-r had trends towards lower levels. Medians of Xcmi and Xm-r for the male were 20.0 and 7.0, for the female, 26.0 and 10.0, thus, it was showed that female students had more troubles in their bodies and feelings than male students, especially in feelings. There wereless chronic disease symptoms in the students (the average positive response rate was less than 5 percent). Among 49 students with Xcmi above the 90th percentile, three students suffered from mental retardation.
