摘要
本文观察了芍药甙对Na,K-ATPase及AC(腺苷酸环化酶)活性的影响,发现在反应体系中药物浓度为10^-7到10^-2mol/L之间的情况下,Na,K-ATPase活恬随该成分浓度高而下降,当浓度为1mmol/L时,抑制率为31.6%;而浓度在4mmol/L时抑制率达61.6%;而AC则受到轻微的激活作用,在4mol/L浓度时加药组与对照组相比,酶活性提高了14.1%(P<0.01)。
Paeoniflorin, an important component ex-tracted from the roots of the Chinese herbalmedicine Paeonia lactiflora, has been shownexperimentally to have the inhibitive action onthe Na, K-ATPase of rabbit's erythrocyteghosts. It can activate the activity of adenosincyclase. Matrine and Oxymatrine, two otherextracts from Sophora flavescens Ait. whichis widely used in Chinese medicine as 'cold-natured medicine', have been proved experi-mentally to have the inhibitive action on Na,K-ATPase. These results may help to explainthe mechanisms of these herbal medicines.
