简要综述了离子交换树脂在天然产物如氨基酸、抗生素、生物碱、天然有机酸、多肽及蛋白质(酶)、核苷酸及核酸、糖类化合物等提取分离与纯化工艺中的广泛应用及其研究进展。
Ion exchange resins are discussed as a series of important mate-rials for the isolation and purification of natural products such as amino acids,antibiotics,alkaloids,natural carboxylic and phenolic compounds,proteins andenzymes,nucleotides and nuclic acids,as well as saccharide compounds.
