摘要
采用具有益气化瘀,通络熄风作用的中药针剂——通络熄风注射液治疗急性颈内动脉系统脑梗塞135例,同时设立51例以低分子右旋糖酐治疗的西药对照组。结果表明通络熄风注射液组愈显率55.56%,总有效率85.93%;对照组愈显率35.29%,总有效率60.78%。两组疗效比较,差异非常显著(p<0.01),说明通络熄风注射液疗效优于对照组。通过动物实验还对本注射液的治疗作用机理进行了初步探讨。
Tong Lou Xi Feng Injection (TLXFI), which has the effects of supplementing qi to activate blood circulation and removing obstruction in the channels to calm the endopathic wind, was used to treat 135 cases of acute cerebral infarction belonging in internal carotid artery system. Meanwhile, 51 cases of the same disease treated with low molecular dextran were taken as the control group. The results showed that the curative rate was 55.56% and the general effective rate was 85.93% in the treatment group, while in the control group the curative rate was 35.29% and the general effective rate aws 60.78%. The difference between the two groups was very botable (p<0.01), which showed the curative effect of TLXFI was superior to that of control group. The treatment mechanism of TLXFI was also explored preliminarily by means of animal experiments.
