摘要
用体外反搏加中西药治疗突发性耳聋32例,并与中西药和单纯西药治疗作比较,其平均治疗天数分别为13、19和21天;有效率分别为75%、56.6%和53.3%;3年复发率分别为16.7%、29.4%和37.5%。前者较后二者治疗时间短,有效率高,复发率低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明体外反搏加中西药治疗突发性耳聋较单独应用中西药或西药具有显著的优越性。
The present stucly includes 32 cases of sudden deafness treated with Sequential ExternalCounterpulsation in addition to combined TCM-WM therapy, 30 cases treated with combined TCM-WM, and 30 cases treated with WM alone. The clinical findings of these 3 groups were quite similar,hence they were comparable. The mean duration of treatment, percentage of effectiveness andpercentage of recurrence within 3 years were 13 days, 75% and 16.6% respectively in the first group;19 days, 56.6% and 29.4% in the second group; and 21 days, 53.2% and 37.5% in the third group. Thefirst group showed shorter duration of treatment higher effective rate and lower recurrence rate; andall their differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The data revealed that, the treatment ofsudden deafness with Sequential External Counterpulsation in addition to combined TCM-WM hasgreat advantage over treatment with combined TCM-WM or WM alone.
