摘要
本文报告了次声对动物生物效应的研究。实验结果显示小鼠或豚鼠暴露在8或16Hz,135dB次声时,引起小鼠肺脏不同程度充血、出血;豚鼠鼓膜出血、穿孔或听小骨局部脱位。Wistar大鼠暴露在8或16Hz,110~135dB 20分钟,其血浆或血清ACTH和皮质醇含量随压强增加而增加。其中大鼠暴露在8或16Hz,135或125dB组,其血浆或血清ACTH含量与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)和差异显著(P<0.05);同样大鼠暴露在8或16Hz,135dB组,其血清皮质醇含量与对照组比较也有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。
To clarify the effects of infrasound exposure on whole body,animals were exposed to 8 Hz or 16 Hz of infra-sound at 135 dB.The pulmonary congestion and hemorrhage in mice,hemorrage and perforation of tympanic mem-brane and auditory ossicles dislocation in guinea pigs were observed.Response of the pituitary adrenocortical sys-tem in the rats to infrasound were evaluated according to the concentration changes of ACTH and cortisol in the ??plasma and in the serum respectively.Significant differences(P<0.01)of ACTH concentration in plasma and corti-sol in serum were found between the controls and the exposed groups.
