摘要
本文采用毒性和致纤维化作用弱的TiO_2和SAFFIL纤维粉尘以及生理盐水为阴性对照,采用石英和温石棉粉尘为阳性对照,探讨了碳纤维和碳纤维复合材料粉尘对大鼠肺灌洗液的影响。结果表明,这两种粉尘的毒性均明显低于石英和温石棉尘,而接近于TiO_2和SAFFIL纤维粉尘。本研究为制订这两种粉尘的卫生标准提供了实验室依据。
The toxic effects of carbon fiber and carbon fiber composite dusts on rats were evaluated using bronchoalveo-lar lavage technique.Two reference dusts,TiO_2 and SAFFIL fiber,which have less toxicity of fibrogenicity,andsaline were used as negative control,and another two dusts,quartz and chrysotile,were used as positive controls.The two tested dusts did not produce marked in vivo toxic effects in comparsion with quartz and chrysotile,and thebiological effects were similar to those in the rats given TiO_2 and SAFFIL fiber.The results obtained in this studyprovide some experimental evidence for health standard setting for the two types of dusts.
