摘要
本文报告了4例椎管内黑色素瘤,均为男性,位于胸段,1例硬膜内,2例硬膜外,1例内、外均有。随访3例,2例分别存活17年、12年,1例于术后2年死亡。本病诊断困难,多于术中或术后病理证实。手术中应尽量切除肿瘤以期获得长期生存。
Four cases of primary melanocytoma of the spinalcord are reported.All were males.Among them,onewere located intradurally,two were extradurally andone both intra and extra durally.There were three cas-es following-up.Two of them were alive 17 and 12years respectively,one died 2 years after operation.The diagnosis of the tumor was very difficulted,mostof them were proved during operation or by pathologyexamination.In removal of the tumor it shouod be cutout thorouly,for that may save the patient for a longtime.
