摘要
本文给出了1.32μm单模连续Nd^(3+):YAG激光器的研制和实验结果。激光器采用修改工作物质端面以补偿热效应,选取不对称腔长来增加基模体积,设计了高选择性的腔镜膜层,抑制1.06μm振荡,获得了单模连续输出。
The present paper reports on the design of a single mode CW Nd^(3+) :YAG laser at 1.32μm and experimental results. Two terminal surfaces of laser rod are specially formed to compensate the effect of thermal lens. An unsymmetrical cavity is selected to increase the TEM_(00) volume. A thin film-system coating for cavity mirrors is designed to suppress lasing at 1.06μm. The CW laser output at 1.32μm is obtained.
