摘要
1978年5月～1990年12月用吻合血管的游离组织移植修复147例组织缺损及器官再造,总成活率为95.9%,其中皮瓣88例,占总数的59%,成活率为95.4%。供区发生并发症25例次(17.0%)。对失败原因和并发症的防止进行了分析和讨论。
From May 1978 to Dec. 1990. 147 cases of vascularized free tissue transplantation forrepairing tissue defects or reconstructing superficial organ have been carried out. Theiroverall survival rate was 95.9% Among them, 88 flaps were used and its survival ratewas 95.4%. 25 cases (17%) of various complications occurred in the donor sites.
