摘要
本文应用3H-cAMP、cGMP检测试剂盒测定α-干扰素对体外培养的不同白血病细胞系细胞内环核苷酸cAMP、cGMP水平的作用。结果表明:干扰素可增高体外培养的粒细胞系、红白血病细胞系、普通表面抗原阳性白血病细胞系KM3及浆细胞瘤系LB-84-5的细胞内cAMP的含量,而对细胞内cGMP的水平无明显作用。这提示α-干扰素对细胞内cAMP的水平有调节作用。此外,发现干扰素可增强细胞表面抗原的表达。
The influence on the level of cAMP and cGMP produced by α-interferon (α-IFN)in various leukemic cell lines was studied. In the presence of α-IFN, the level ofcAMP elevated in granular leucocytic leukemic cells, erythroleukemic cells, KM3(leukemic cells with common surface antigen) and LB-84-4(a kind of plasma cells),but the level of cGMP remained the same. The result suggested that α-IFN can regu-late the level of cAMP.
