摘要
以进行放疗的鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,观察到四生汤对放疗所引起的白细胞、血小板减少及免疫功能下降具有很好的对抗作用,使放疗完成率达97.4%。动物实验结果表明四生汤抗放疗毒副反应、提高机体免疫功能的作用部分是通过调节外周血β-内啡肽的含量而实现的。
Cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were treated by Sisheng Decoction which yielded marked antagonistic actions against the decrease of WBC and platelets.Thus,97.4% of the cases were able to successfully receive the whole course of radiotherapy.Animal experiment showed that the ac-tions of the Decoction was realized by regulating thecontents of β—endorphine in the blood.
