可锻铸铁退火后硬件处理工艺的探讨

摘要 可锻铸铁生产中,坯件退火后总还有一些难加工件(退火硬件),厂家普遍将其与坯件一起进窑作二次退火。本文指出这是不正确的,应对其成分、组织、退火工艺进行分析后,集中一定批量,定出合理工艺另作处理。认为多次入炉会导致表皮层加厚、炉气中氢的侵入能稳定球光体,从而形成很难分解的珠光体过渡层。本文对改善退火硬件切削性进行了理论分析,在实验室和生产现场作了试验,提出了具体工艺措施,达到了铸件易于切削的目的。 Synopsis: In the production of the malleable cast iron,there are always some workpices which are difficult to be annealed (hard workpieces of annealing). In many foundrries, they are usually annealed again together with as—cast malleable iron castings, this can stabilize pearlite causes and the pearlite transition layer which are difficult to be. The reasonable processing (for hard workpieces has been put forward) composition ,structure and and annealed process. Thise paper also makes further analysis about how to improve maehinability of hard workpieces in theory and tuts forward a practical annealed process, which has been verified both in laboratory and foundry.
