摘要
现代药理学研究表明,五味子中木脂素类化合物在调节肝脏新陈代谢方面有较明显的生物活性。我国五味子资源丰富,有必要对其化学成分和生理作用进行更深入的研究。本文对五味子的资源,化学成分和药理作用等研究进展进行了评述,并给出了已分离的40种木脂素类化合物的结构数据和物理化学性质。
Modern pharmacological studies showed that the. lignans in Schisandra chinensis have some obvious biological activities in regulating liver metabolism. The resources of S. chinensis in our country is abundant. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out more probes on its chemical composition and physiological effects. This paper reviewed the advancement of researches in resources, chemical composition and pharmacological effects ect. of S. chinensis. 40 kinds of isolated iignans,their structural data and physical-chemical characteristis were listed.
