摘要
通过对学术期刊质量的定性分析,给出了学术期刊质量的指标体系为:政治质量、学术质量、规范化、出版质量和特别效益等五大项。然后,在定性分析的基础上给出了质量评估的数学模型和应用实例,并对评估的方法、程序和要点进行了简要的论述和讨论。
By a qualitative analysis on the quality of the academic periodicals, give a system of the quality indexes as follow: political quality, academie one, standardization, publishing one and special benefit. Then, on the basis of the qualitative analysis give the methematic model and applied example on the quality appraisement. Moreover, briefly discuss the methods, procedures and main poits of the appraisement.
