摘要
以Fe(CO)_5为原料,采用溶剂蒸发法制备了Fe_2O_3超微粒子。初步探讨了溶剂性能对超微粒子性能及形态的影响,并与激光气相法、真空蒸发法及超微Fe粉氧化法制备的Fe_2O_3粒子进行了比较。
In the present paper, Fe_2O_3 ultrafine particles (UFP) were prepared from Fe(CO)_5 by the solvent evaporation method. The effects of the solvents on the Fe_2O_3 UFP properties were studied. The characteristic of the ultrafine Fe_2O_3 product was compared with that prepared by laser induced vapor—hase reaction, vacuum evaporation and oxi dizing of Fe UFP methods.
