摘要
用两用核不育水稻与广亲和品种配制的两系杂交稻组合,目前已成为利用籼粳亚种间杂种优势的一条重要途径。
A partial diallel cross including 5 photosensitive genie male-sterile rice (PGMR) linesas female parents and 10 wide compatibility (WC) varieties as male parents was made tostudy the heterosis and combining ability for the days to heading (DTH) of the F_1hybrids.The result showed that 5460S and Hengnong -1S had better general combining ability(GCA),their F_1 showed no heterosis;W6154S,W6184S and K-9S had worse GCA,theirF_1 exhibited a significant positive heterobeltiosis,suggesting the difference in the DTH ofF_1 among parents and among combinations.The GCA of parents,especially the indicaparents,played a more important role in controlling the DTH of F_1s.The combining abilityof a parent is related to its breeding relationship and the parent derived from the southeastAsia variety has better GCA.The relation between GCA and the photosensitivity gene wasdiscussed.
