铑(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADMA-四丁基溴化铵体系的极谱催化波研究及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 报道在阳离子表面活性剂四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)存在下,铑(Ⅲ)-2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺体系的极谱催化波.在单扫示波极谱仪上,铑(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADMA在—1.16V处能产生一灵敏的极谱催化波.加入四丁基溴化铵后,波形得到改善,灵敏度明显提高,铑(Ⅲ)浓度在9.7×10^(-10)~1.2×10^(-6)mol/L范围内与一阶导数波高成线性关系,检测限达7.8×10^(-10)mol/L.并采用多种电化学方法研究了该体系极谱波性质,结果表明属于氢催化波,此法已应用于一些样品中痕量铑(Ⅲ)的测定. The polarographic catalytic wave of rhodium (Ⅲ) with 2—(5—bromo—2—pyridylazo)—5—dimethylamino aminobenzene (5—Br—PADMA) in the presence of positive ion surfactant, tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) is described. On a single—swweep oscillopolarograph, the complex of rhodium (Ⅲ) with 5—Br—PADMA can produce a sensitive polarographic wave at—1. 16V in the pH4. 7 media of acetic acid—sodium acetate. The addition of TBAB improves the wave shape and raises sensitivity apparently. The concentration of rhodium is linear with the wave height of firstorder derivative in the range of 9. 7×10^(-10)—1. 2×10^(-6)mol/L and the detection limit can reach 7. 8×10^(-10)mol/L. The properties of the polarographic wave have been investigated in various of electrochemical methods. It has been verified that the wave is a catalytic hydrogen wave. The method has been applied to the determination of trace rhodium in some practice samples with satisfactory results.
