市场经济条件下我国职工体育主体意识的培养 被引量:20

Cultivation of Self Consciousness of Sport Participation of Chinese Industrial Employees under Marketing Economy

摘要 随着我国企业由计划经济向市场经济的转化,职工体育由被动型向主动型过渡,突出了培养职工体育主体意识的重要性。市场经济为这种意识的培养提供了必要的社会条件。要充分注意到职工人口体育化过程中促进环节间转化的各种中介,即通过体育功能的教育使健康观转化为体育意识;通过体育技能知识的教育使体育意识物化为体育行为;通过体育评定标准的实施使体育行为呈现出清晰可见的体育结果,这些结果又反过来去修正体育行为、强化体育意识、完善健康观念,形成一种自我循环的机制,使职工体育人口的质量不断得到提高。 In transition frcm the planned to the marketing in the eccnomic pattern of China's enterprises,and from the passive to the positive in the sport participating types for the industrial employees,the importance of self consciousness of participation has significantly increased. Market economy has supplied necessary conditions for cultivating such a consciousness. There are several intermediate factors that should be paid more attention in the process of one's sport involvement: the sport function's education in transferring the health desire to the awareness of sport participation;knowledge of exercise skills in transferring the awareness to practice;and fitness evaluation to make the participating results explicitly visible, which is able, in turn, to modify sporting behaviors,reinforce the self consciousness and improve one's idea of fitness. ln this way a positive loop mechanism may be formed to constantly promote the quality of sport involvement of this particular social group.
