The Effects of Si, Mn and Rolling Processing on Microstructure and Property of As-Hot-Rolled Non-Stamping Dual-Phase Steels

摘要 利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对试验钢进行了模拟热轧.研究了合金元素硅、锰和终轧温度、轧后冷速和轧制变形对试验钢双相组织形成和性能的影响.结果表明:在试验工艺参数范围内,试验钢均获得双相组织,其稳定性较好.导出了估算热轧空冷Si-Mn双相钢的f_M和f_(Fp)值的计算式,计算值和实测值吻合.热轧参数对试验钢硬度的影响较小. The experimental steels were hot-rolled by Gleeble-1500 hot-simulated testing machine, The effects of Si,Mn, final rolling temperature, after-rolled cooling rate and rolling deformation on the formation of dual-phase microstructure and property of experimental steels were studied.As a result, the experimental steels have good stability of formation of dual-phase microstructure within the range of experimental hot-rolling parameters, then the properties are also stable.
