摘要
概述了树脂基复合材料的生物制造技术。其中包括:树脂的生物合成,如用微生物合成聚苯撑的前驱物;纤维的生物合成,如丝蛋白结构纤维的合成;纤维的生物表面处理,如利用微生物从化学结构上改变碳纤维的表面,提高复合材料的界面结合力。
In this paper the current status of biotechnology of composites with polymer matrix is breifly descried. Introduced are also the biosynthesis of resin such as the biosynthesis of precursors of polyphenylene using microbe,biosynthesis of fiber such as the biosyuthesis of recombinant spider silk proteins,the treatment of fiber surface with microbe to alter the surface of graphite fiber to improve the interfacial bond in composites.
