摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的抗氧化超高强度钛合金-Beta-21S,及其发展、加工,并着重介绍了该合金的物理、力学性能及其应用。该合金室温强度高、高温性能好,590℃以下具有极好的热稳定性,815℃时氧化率只是Ti-15-3合金的1%,抗腐蚀性能优良,抗蠕变性能优于TC4和Ti-15-3合金,冷加工性能与被称为“合金化的工业纯钛”的Ti-15-3合金相当,填补了钛合金应用的某些空白。
his article gives an introduction of a new kind of oxidation resistant titanium alloy with ultra-highstrength,including the alloy development and proressing. Attention has been focused on the physical,me-chanical proporties and potential applications of the alloy. This alloy has a very high room temperaturestrength,exhibits exceptional high temperature strength characteristics and thermal stability under 590℃The oxidation rate at 815℃ is only one percent of the Ti-15- 3 alloy’s. Beta-21S possesses excellent cor-rosion resistant and is more creep resistant than TC-4 and Ti- 15-3 alloy. Cold rollability of the alloy isroughly equivalent to Ti- 15- 3 alloy which is boing called“alloyed industrial pure titanium”.This alloywill fill some gaps in the titanium alloy applications.
