摘要
本文综合性地论述了铸件凝固过程中计算机数值模拟技术的历史、现状及发展趋势。同时详细地介绍了铸件疑固过程数值模似中各种数值计算法.并比较了它们的应用诗点、本文还指出铸件凝固数值模拟是铸造工艺CAD的基础.后者是前者向实用化和商品化发展的必经之路。
In this pape. the originating, trend and development of solidification numerical simulation technology and casting CAD are thoroughly discussed. Some numerical simulation methods in solidification process are introduced in details, and the applicable specialities of those methods methods are compered with each other. This paper points out that solidification numerical simutation is the foundamental of casting CAD, and the latter is the only tray to practical application of the former.
