环境压力对大鼠冲击伤伤情的影响 被引量:4

The effect of ambient pressure on the severity of blast injury in rats

摘要 文中介绍了不同环境压力(53.99kPa、61.33kPa和96.60kPa)对大鼠冲击伤伤情的影响。冲击波超压峰值为190.40kPa,正压持续时间为10ms,结果表明随着环境气压降低,冲击波所引起的大鼠死亡率明显增加,肺损伤程度明显加重。伤后6h时53.99kPa、61.33kPa和96.60kPa暴露组的死亡率分别36.8%、25%和0%,肺出血面积分别为653.21±652.25mm2、313.50±357.25mm2和63.75±69.01mm2,肺体指数分别为1.505%±0.77%、1.31%±0.65%和0.93%±0.21%。结果揭示环境气压降低可降低动物对冲击波的耐受性,使死亡率增加,肺损伤程度加重。 The effects of the ambient pressure of 53.99,6l.33 and 96.60 kPa on the severity of l90.40kPa and a duration of l0 ms were studied in rats.It was found that both the mortality and the severity of pulmonary injury were significantly increased when the ambient pressure was being decreased.The mortality rate 6h after was 36.8%,25%and 0%,the hemorrhagic area on the lungs was 653.21±652.25mm2,313.50±357.25 mm2 and 63.75±69.01 mm2 and the lung/body index was l.50%±0.77%,1.31%±0.65%and 0.93%±0.21%when the ambient pressure was 53.99,61.33 and 96.60 kPa respectively,Our finding indicate that the decrease of ambient pressure can decrease the tolerance of the animals to blast wave by showing an increase of mortality and an aggravation of pulmonary injury.
