摘要
实验动物为成年家兔16只,用BST-Ⅲ型生物激波管造成轻度和重度的眼冲击伤,冲击波超压峰值分别为429±38.8kPa和834±6.47kPa。用氢清除法动态观察伤后30min、3h、6h和24h脉络膜血流量的变化。另取杂色家兔8只,同样造成轻度和重度冲击伤,作荧光眼底血管造影。
The changes of chorioidal blood flow (CBF) were observed in 16 rabbits which were divided into 2 groups and inflicted with mildblast injury of 429 kPa and severe blast injury of 834 kPa respectively. The changes of CBF was monitored with hydrogen clearance method at the posterior pole before and 0.5, 3, 6, and 24 hours after injury. It was found that CBF in the mild injury group was decreased significantly in the first half hour after injury,, increased to a high level in the 3rd and 6th hour but decreased again in the 24th hour while that in the severe injury group was significantly decreased in all the time intervals except in the 3rd when a slight increase was observed. These findings indicate that the changes of CBF after blast injury is dependent directly upon the intensity of the impact of blast waves on the chorioid.
