摘要
本文在论述公用陆地移动网的漫游、位置登记及越区切换功能实现的基础上，提出了一种实现漫游、位置登记及越区切换功能的计算机模拟方法。
The article is based on discussing the function implementation of roming,locatiOn registrationand handoff in the PLMN,It has put forward a method Of computer simulation of realizing the function ofroming,location registration and handoff.
