摘要
本文从理论和实验两方面对一种新型的毫米波准光功率合成器,即:复合式准光功率合成器进行了较全面的研究,结果表明由于该功率合成器具有良好的阻抗匹配和相互注入锁定特性,因而具有较高的输出功率和合成效率.四只国产Gunn器件组成的八毫米复合式准光功率合成器,在35.6GHz频率附近的最大输出功率达816mW,合成效率为96.3%,大于100mW输出的机械调谐带宽为860MHz.
In this paper,the theory and experiment of a new kind of millimeter wave quasi-optical power combiner,that is,compound quasi-optical power combiner are studied.It is shown that it has higher output power and combining efficiency because of the improved impedance-matching of diodes and increased jection-locking power.At 35.6GHz,the output power and combining efficiency of the quasi-optical power combiner including four Gunn diodes are 816mW and 96.3%,respectively.And the mechanical tuning range(≥100mW output)is about 860MHz.
