摘要
为了获得抗流失性的木材阻燃剂,首先合成了N-氰基-N′-羟甲基胍,并研究了合成反应中各因素对产率的影响,用红外光谱法鉴定该产物的结构。由N-氰基-N′-羟甲基胍、蜜胺、磷酸按一定比例配成溶液,在特殊条件下浸注木材,分步干燥、固化处理,获得氨基树脂型阻燃剂。测定阻燃木材的氧指数(OI)和抗浸提值(LRV),当载药量为6和16g·m ̄(-2)兴安落叶松和山杨木氧指8数达到30;抗浸提值为52.56%。结果表明,在特殊条件下用我们合成、复配的木材阻燃剂处理木材,具有较好的抗流失性。
In order to abtain fire retardants to inpart leach resistant to wood,first,we synthetized the N-cyan-N'-hydroxymethy-guanidin and the effect of varions facts to the yield during reaction was researched.The structure of the product was determined by IR-spectrometry.An agueous solution of N-cyan-N'-hydroxymethy -guanidin melamine and phosphoric acid was compounded according to a certain mole ratio,the wood was impregneted with the agueous solution above in certain condition.and was dried step by step,then is cured,the amino-resin fire retardant was obtained.The oxygen index (OI)and the leach resistance value(LRV)was determined.If the amount of fire retardant in dahurian larch and chinese aspen was 6.16 g/m2 respectively,the OI came up to 30.The LRV was 52.56%.Therefore,the fire retardant synthetiaed by us and compounded treating on wood in spacial conditions,is a fire retardant to impart letter leach resistant to wood.
