制胶用落叶松树皮栲胶浸提方法研究

EXTRACTION METHODS OF LARCH BARK TANNIN EXTRACT USED FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF ADHESIVES

摘要 研究了制胶合剂用落叶松树皮栲胶的浸提方法,用NaOH添加剂浸提落叶松树皮,浸出物和活性酚得率显著提高。通过正交实验得出浸提最佳工艺条件为:加碱量1.5g、温度70℃、时间60min,一次加减得率较常规法提高一倍。 Extraction methods of larch bark tannin extract used for the manufacture of adhesives were studied.A greatly improved yield of extractives and polyphenols from the bark of Larix gmelini Rupr have been achieved by extracting with additive NaOH. The optimal conditions of the extraction were determined by crossed test.Extraction with 0.5 gram sodium hydroxide for 60 min at temperature 70℃ has been found to be a suitable condition for removing the total polyphenols.The yield of extratives has increased one time as compared with commonly extration method.
