摘要
本文从螺纹管的传热特性出发讨论了螺纹管换热器在使用过程中的一些问题,考察了螺纹管换热器在国内炼油工业中的使用情况,提出了螺纹管换热器的传热数学模型和计算步骤并与现场实测数据进行比较,取得了令人满意的结果。
Some notable problems of the practical use of integral low-finned tubeheat exchanger (ILFTHEX) are discussed based on its heat transfer perfor-mance.The application of ILFTHEX in refineries during recent years isinvestigated.A mathematical model along with the algorithm of heat trans-fer for ILFTHEX is then proposed.The result of calculations is comparedwith commercial data,indicating that the model is satisfactory and the algo-rithm is reliable.
