摘要
本项研究提供了一种催化裂化汽油醚化改质,提高其辛烷值的新方法,使催化裂化汽油中的C_4-C_7叔碳烯烃在树脂型催化剂作用下与甲醇反应,生成对应的甲基叔烷基醚,可以有效地提高汽油辛烷值.试验表明在温度为60-80℃、压力为0.7-1.0MPa、空速(V)为3-5h^(-1)、汽油/甲醇为16-25条件下,汽油中的醚含量在3m%以上,汽油RON可提高1.5-2.0单位.如初馏点-100℃的催化裂化轻汽油进行醚化,然后再与未经醚化的重汽油调合,调合汽油平均含醚3-4m%,汽油RON提高3.1个单位,并能延长催化剂使用寿命.
The etherification of FCC gasoline was studied. The octane number of FCC gasoline can be effectively enhanced by reacting methanol with i-C_4-7~= in FCC gasoline to form methyl tert-alkyl ethers on a resin type catalyst. The results showed that under reaction conditions: t=60-80℃, P=0.8-1.OMPa,LHSV-6-5h^(-1), oil/methanol=16-25 (V), the ether content in the etherified gasoline is higher than 3%(wt) and the RON is increased byl.5-2.0 units. When the IBP-100℃ light FCC gasoline is etherified with methanol and then blended with the remaining heavy FCC gasoline. the RON is increased by 3.1 units while the life of catalyst is extended.
