大庆、胜利和华北原油窄馏分在加压条件下气-液相平衡常数的测试及数学模型的考察 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道了大庆、胜利和华北原油的轻质馏分油在0.493—1.474MPa压力下的平衡气化试验,提供了19组、112点实测窄馏分气-液相平衡常数值。并对求取相平衡常数的Soave,SHBWR,Chao-Seader,Grayson-Streed 等数学模型进行考察,其中 Soave 和 Chao-Seader 的数学模型计算误差较小,泡点温度计算的平均误差分别为6.81℃和6.82℃,气-液相平衡常数计算的平均误差分别为4.39%和4.77%,可推荐用于工程设计。 Vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE)experiments of light distillates of Daqing,Shengli and Huabei crude oils under 49.3—147.4 kPa were performed and 112data points of narrow fraction VLE constants in 19 groups were obtained.TheSoave,SHBWR,Chao-Seader and Grayson-Streed mathematical models were ve-rified,among which the Soave and the Chao-Seader models gave smaller devi-ations with mean absolute deviation of 6.81℃ and 6.82℃ for bubble points andof 4.39% and 4.77% for K_i,respectively,suggesting that these two models canbe used for engineering designs.
