摘要
本文建立了用氢氧化钠熔样,离于色谱测定α-Al_2O_3中微量硫酸根的方法。在Dionex AS4A分离柱上,用1.8×10^(-3)mol/L Na_2CO_3作流动相进行洗脱,电导检测器检测,分析方法简便,快速,硫酸根的检测限为1.0×10^(-2)μg/ml,相对标准偏差为2.67%,回收率为97.5%,扩展了离子色谱法测定实际样品的范围。
A simple rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of SO_4~2- in α-Al_2O_3by using ion chromatography was developed. A solution containing 1. 8×10^(-3) mol/L Na_2CO_3 was used as eluate on a dionex high-performance ion chromatography-AS4A column. The detection limit of trace SO_4^(2-) was 1. 0× 10^(-2)μg/ml,the relative standard deviation and the recovery of this method were 2. 67% and 97. 5% . respectively. This method has been used in practical production with satisfactory results.
