摘要
本文利用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法对微量铜、锑、铋混合溶液进行同时分析。实验在盐酸-氯化钠介质中进行,悬汞电极作工作电极,在-400mV处富集电解5min,然后由-400mV向0V作微分脉冲溶出伏安扫描,扫描速度为2mV/s,脉冲振幅为40mV。由计算机采集溶出伏安数据后采用偏最小二乘法计算并建立数学模型,然后据此模型对未知溶液进行定量分析,获得了较好的结果。
Copper, antimony and bismuth all have good anodic stripping voltammetric waves with high sensitivities in acidic medium, but their peaks are overlapped. In this paper, partial least squares regression was applied to the resolution of voltammetric data of mixtures of these three metallic ions. The experiments were performed in medium of 1.0 mol/L NaCl and 0.12 mol/L HC1 at a hanging mercury drop electrode. The sample was deposited at -0. 4 (νs. Ag/AgCl ) for 300 s, and then the potential was scanned to 0.0V. The scan rate and the potential amplitude were 2.0 mV/s and 40 mV respectively. The measured data were recorded by the ana1yzer automatically and then were proceeded by a computer.
