摘要
本文采用双气路色谱法测定了羟基铝交联蒙脱土的比表面积和孔径分布随交联剂的铝离子浓度,羟铝比(OH/Al 摩尔比)及样品焙烧温度的变化关系。实验结果表明,铝交联蒙脱土的比表面积在40~180m^2/g 之间,它随羟铝比的增加而增大;但与铝离子浓度关系不大。铝交联蒙脱土的焙烧温度低于400℃时,比表面积变化不大,当超过400℃时,比表面迅速下降。铝交联蒙脱土的孔径分布以20~50(?)的中孔为主,随羟铝比的增加向孔径减小的方向移动,随焙烧温度的增加向孔径增大的方向移动而铝离子浓度对孔径分布影响不大。
Specific surface area and pore-size distribution of various hydroxyl-alumin-ium cross linked montmorillonites (Al-CLM) with different concentrations ofAl^(3+) ion and OH/Al molar ratios have been studied by double-gas-way chroma-tographic method.The results show that the values of specific surface areasare in the range of 40~180m^2/g. he specific surface area increases with in-creasing OH/Al molar ratio from nearly zero to 2.5 but is essentiallyindependent to the concentration of Al^(3+) ion of the cross linking agent。The pore size of Al-CLM is mainly in the range of 20~50(?) and decreaseswith increasing OH/Al molar ratio.Effects of baking temperature on bothspecific surface area and pore-size distribution are significant.
