摘要
以6×3不完全双列杂交衍生的18个家系实生苗为材料,估算了6个性状的遗传方差、一般配合力(gca)和特殊配合力(sca)效应.结果表明,甘蔗有效茎数、株高、茎径和锤度的遗传主要受加性基因效应的控制,母本对除茎径外的3个性状的方差贡献较大,而丛重和锤重的遗传主要是非加性基因效应作用的结果.根据gca效应和sca方差评价亲本.认为Co1001、CP67-412、崖71-374、CP72-1210和新台糖1号是大多数性状的优良配合者,可作为生产性亲本用于甘蔗杂交育种计划.从性状平均值和sca效应值分析,Co1001×崖71-374、CP65—357×崖71-374、CP67-412×崖71-374、CP72—1210×崖82—96、新台精1号×崖84-153和新台糖10号×崖82-96是同母异父半同胞家系中的优良组合,要继续选配以扩大实生苗群体.
Genetic variances, gca and sea effects for 6 characters in sugarcane were estimated by using the seedlings of 18 families derived from a 6×3 incomplete dialled design. The results showed that the inheritance of millable stalk per clump, plant height, stalk diameter and brix was mainly controlled by additive gene effects, while the inheritance of clump weight and brix weight was mainly determinated by non-additive gene actions. The contribution of maternal clones to genetic variance of hybrids was higher than paternal clones for all characters except stalk diameter. The parents were evaluated on the basis of gca effect and sea variance, Co1001, CP67-412, Ya71-374, CP72-1210 and 'ROC1' were found to be better combiners for most characters. They can be used as the proven parents in future sugarcane breeding program. On the basis of family mean and sea effect, Co1001×Ya71-374, CP67-412×Ya71-374, CP65-357×Ya71-374,CP72-1210 ×Ya82-96, 'ROC1'×Ya84-153 and 'ROC10'× Ya82-96 were found to be better crosses compared with their half-sib families with the same maternal clones. These crosses should be remade to enlarge their seedling population.
