摘要
急性肠梗阻按正邪相争发展的不同阶段分为痞结型、瘀结型和疽结型。中西医结合治疗应根据不同证型合理选择非手术与手术疗法适应证。在非手术治疗期间须严密观察病情，重视围手术期的处理，认真把握中转手术指征，以免贻误手术时机。本文对胃肠减压、禁食、中药给药途径等基础疗法诸问题，结合实例详加讨论。
According to the different developing period of struggle between vital energy and pathogenic factor,acute ileus is divided into three types. Qi stagnation, blood stasis and necrotic obstruction.The indication of non-operative therapy and of operative therapy should be selected based on the different type,in accordance with integrated TCM-WM principle.During the period of non-operative treatment,the condition of the disease should be carefully observed,the attention should be put to dealing with the situation of per-operative period,for seizing the opportunity of operation during the period.The basal treatments such as gastrointestinal decompression,fast and the route of TCM herbs are discussed combining with clinical cases.
