摘要
本文研究了铁基金刚石胎体材料经不同温度热压时的表面反应。工作发现铁基胎体材料对金刚石的粘结性能与表面反应产物的形态和分布密切相关。
This paper has studied the surface reaction of iron-based matrix materials during different temperature hot pressed. The results show that the binding properties of iron-based matrix materials on diamond are a large extent dependent on the size and distribution of surface reaction products.
