摘要
本文介绍一种治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的新方法。作者用一根金属细杆插入并贯通腕第一伸肌间隙来分离拇短伸肌腱周围的粘连组织和解剖变异的纤维间隔,并用确炎松等药物注入鞘管使之扩张。机械的扩张作用和药物消肿作用取得良好的治疗效果。
The treatment of de Quervain's diaease failed in some patient with the anatomical varies of the first dorsal compartment of the wrist. The authors have introduced a new way of expanding the comp -artment by 5ml 1%procaine and steroids with some pressure. By inserting a thin rod with sharp head into the compartment a fibrous septum between the abductor pollicis longus tendon and the extensor pollicis brevis tendon was cut. The curative effects of such treatment is superior to other ways.
