摘要
农业综合生产能力,作为一种新的概念,是在农业发展实践中逐步加深认识而提出来的。要使我国农产品供给持续地满足快速发展的国民经济需要,须从诸投入要素及其转换效率入手,为所需的农业综合产出能力构筑稳固的基础。在此刊出的国务院研究室农业部课题组的研究报告,就我国农业综合生产能力的概念评估方法、现状分析、前景预测及相应宏观政策作了全面阐述,对当前及今后的我国农业发展都意义重大。
The comprehensive production ability of agriculture, being a new concept, was put forward in the course of agricultural development. In order to meet the need of the fast ?growing economy, we should start with different income factors and improve their efficiency so as to create a firm foundation for the comprehensive production ability of agriculture. The report published here is made by the Study Group of the Agriculture Department under the Research Institute of the State Council. It studys thoroughly on the evaluation concept, present situation, prospect and the relevant policies of China' s agricultural comprehensive production ability, which is of great significance to China' s agricultural development.
