本文评述了作为图像传感器的ＣＣＤ、ＩＣＣＤ和ＩＲＣＣＤ的最近进展，提出了它们在极低噪声、微光和红外等环境下应用的潜力。
The recent developments of CCD、ICCD and IRCCD as an imager are reviewed.The potential applications of the very low noise、 low-light level and infrar-rad are pointed.
