对核电凝汽器制造中的大拼板多层焊后的角变形进行了计算机预测.通过不同的焊接方法、焊接顺序和工艺参数下焊接变形趋势的比较,为选择最佳的焊接方法和工艺提供了依据.
Angle distortion modeling and prediction with computer for heavy plate multi-pass welding are carried out during condenser fabrication for nuclear power station. The distortion tendency under different welding method, sequence and parameters are compared so that the basis of selecting optimum welding method to prevent welding distortion is provided.
