有机物料和有机磷组分对潮土磷酸酶活性的影响 被引量:7

The Correlation of Phosphatase Activity and Organic Phosphorus Fractions and the Effect of Organic Materials on it in Chao Soil

摘要 将土壤有机磷分为活性、中等活性、中等稳定性和高度稳定性4个组分。盆钵试验结果表明,前3种有机磷组分与碱性磷酸酶活性、中性磷酸酶活性、速效磷含量呈显著或极显著正相关关系,后一组分达不到显著相关;活性、中等活性和中等稳定性有机磷组分可作为土壤速效磷的有机来源。速效磷含量与碱性磷酸酶活性达极显著正相关关系,与中性磷酸酶活性是显著正相关关系。碱性、中性磷酸酶活性可作为表征土壤有机磷组分转化的一个生物化学指标,但用它反映土壤速效磷的供应能力时,还必须考虑到土壤固磷作用的影响。有机物料对潮土速效磷含量影响的综合效果是:牛粪>马粪>麦秸。 in this paper, Organic P pools was divided into four fractions: labil, moderately labile, moderately resistant and highly resistant fraction, Pot incubation test showed that the first three fractions, the organic sources of available P, were significantly or extremely correlated with neutral and alkaline phosphatase and available P content. In addition, available P content was correlative significanty to neutral phosphatase activity and extremly to alkaline phosphatase activity. Alkaline and neutral phosphatase activities can be used as biochemical index of the transformation of organic P fractions, but phophorus fixation of soil must be taken into consideration when they are used to reflect the supply ability of available P. The comprehensive effect of organic material on available P content of Chao soil is: cow excrement>horse excrement>wheat straw.
