介绍了一种曲马多ＰＶＣ膜电极。该电极以曲马多——四苯硼缔合物为电活性物质，线性范围为４．０＊１０￣（－５）—４．０＊１０￣（－２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检测下限为１．４＊１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，斜率为５９．８ｍＶ／ｐｃ。电极在ｐＨ＝３．０－７．０之间对曲马多的回收率为９６．７％，电极被用于曲马多片剂和针剂中曲马多的含量测定，取得了较为满意的结果。
A PVC membrane electrode of tramadol was prepared and tested．The electroactive materi-al of the electrode was tramadol-tetraphenylborate complexes．The linear range of the elec-trode ws from 4．0 * 10^(-5)to 4．0 *10^(-2)mol ／ L. the detective limit and the slope were1．4*10^(-5)mol／ L and 59．8mV／ pc respectively．Between pH＝3．0 and pH＝7．0，the recoveriesof tramadol are 96．7％． The electrode was used to measure the concentration of tramadol in tab-Iets and injection with sytisfactory results
