摘要
用催化光度分析法，检测３３例正常人与３４例心脏病患者的发硒含量。结果：正常人与心脏病患者发硒含量具有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），即心脏病患者的发硒含量明显低于正常人。提示：心脏病与发硒含量降低有一定关系。
The selenium contents in the hair of 33 normal subjects and 34 patients with cardiopthy were determined with catalytic photometric analysis.The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001),that is,the selenium contents in the hair of patients with cardiopathy were significantly lower than those of the normal subjects.It may be concluded that the decrease of selenium contents is related to cardiopathy.
