摘要
采用薄层层析分离大豆种衣剂的各有效成份,其Rf值分别为:多菌灵0.40,克百威0.56,福美双0.70。分离后的各有效成份以紫外分光光度法测定其含量。所得分析结果与已知值基本一致。方法误差在5%以内。
The soybean seed wrap is a mixed farm chemicals that contain three components--carbendazim, carbofuran,and thiram.using the thin layer chromatography for separating every effective component,the Rf of each is that carbendazim is 0.40,carbofuran is 0.56,and thiram is 0.70.After separating,using ultraviolet spectrophotomtry for determing every effective component's consistency. The analysis result is in accord with kmown data.The errors of this method have not gone beyond 5%.
