报道利用分布于湖北恩施的刺梨（ＲｏｓａｒｏｘｂｕｒｇｈｉｉＴｒａｉｔ．）与富硒矿泉水生产富硒刺梨汁的配方、技术要点和质量标准。
An introduction of the test of famulae,the main point of the skill and the quality standard of selenium-bearing rosa roxburghii trait juice are given.The health profection drink is made of natural selenium-bearing mineral water and rosa roxburghii trait from Enshi,Hubei.
