免疫球蛋白测定方法的探讨及其临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 用三种方法测定血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)含量,并进行了彼此间差异的显著性和精密度的比较,认为三种方法测定血清Ig的含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),彼此间相关性较好(r=0.977)。而用免疫比浊法(ITM)测定血清Ig的精密度远高于单向免疫扩散法(RID)和火箭免疫电泳法(EIA)。用免疫比浊法测定IgG、IgA、IgM的正常参考值(X±s)分别为12.13±1.51g/L、2.04±0.55g/L、1.14±0.27g/L。慢性活动性肝炎IgG、IgA水平19.88±4.96g/L3.33±0.68/L与正常人比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);IgM水平1.26±0.24g/L与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).同时用免疫比浊法测定IgG、IgA、IgM有较好的回收率。 Three methods were used to detect serum immnoglobin and their precision and statistical significance compared. We thought there was not significant difference between these methods(P>0. 05)and there was a high correlation(r=0.97). Precition of immunoturbidimetry(ITM) is far higher than that of radical immunodiffusion(RID) and rocket eletroimmunoassay (EIA). Normal reference values of ITM detecting IgG, IgA, IgM, were 12.13±1.51 g/L2.04±0.55 g/L1. 14±0. 27 g/L. Respectively IgG, IgA, level values of chronic active hepatitis were 19. 88±4. 96 g/L, and 3. 33±0. 68 g/L, and compared with the normal there was significant difference(P<0.01). IgM Value was 1.26±0.24 g/L, compared with normal there being not significant difference(P>0. 05) in comparison with the normal.Moreover, there were good retrieval.
